    Final update as far as Spot is concerned: I managed to land something in my field doing tech support/IT and I'm done with Spot for good. Better pay and more consistent hours for what sounds like significantly less work in a given day. Bye Spot, not looking back this time!

    Not that it makes much difference, but having AT&T-paid reps in the building makes me worry for how guest experience will be affected. AT&T's customer service is notoriously bad even among cell phone carriers.

    Well of course it would be better that way, but it would require actual effort on the parts of Marketsource and Spot to do that. Spot's approach right now seems to be finding the minimum effort and monetary investment that allows them to continue being part of the mobile activations game...
