    New SCO POS help?

Hello On InsidePOS, I can see a regular register POS full transaction log of a suspended transaction. We need to see the transaction of a suspended sco transaction, but the new POS doesn't show in Inside POS, and the receipt viewer app doesn't show the transaction. Any way around this?

Staying late for zoning and go backs.

If you have a 5 hour shift, and end up staying later, putting you past 6 hours, the GSA, GSTL, ETL, or LOD make sure you take the lunch. But the point I'm making is if we're scheduled a 7.5 hour shift, they don't schedule us a 2nd 15 minute break. So, if we're closing, and have a scheduled 7.5...

Staying late for zoning and go backs.

Trust me, at our store, the GSA/TL make the breaks. I've watched them make the breaks. But like I said earlier, you get a sit down meeting if you add your own breaks when extending your shift. That's what I don't understand. If you're working 12-5 like you said and stay an extra 2 hours, they...

Staying late for zoning and go backs.

I constantly check for missed punches, and HR is on our asses about fixing them if it happens. And the cashiers at our store have a meeting with the GSTL or the ETL GE if we're caught taking a break that isn't on the cashier breaker's sheet. So if we try taking one because we know we're staying...

Staying late for zoning and go backs.

Beginning my logging Sunday. Discussed this with other TMs this week, figured I'd start on a fresh pay period which starts this Sunday. Two others are logging theirs as well. Will keep you posted, might even post day by day what we have, then post the hours from my paystub when I get it so...

I'm Lost! The Target Dating Thread

Figured I'd ask, worked at Subway before Target, dated the manager from my old store and she lost her job. (Different store, same city, same franchisee)

Staying late for zoning and go backs.

I have a concern at my store. All my other cashiers (most of which don't want to post on here, so I'm voicing this for them) and I have a concern about breaks. Obviously if you're working more than 6 you're required a lunch and one 15 at my store. But here's our concern. I was scheduled...

I'm Lost! The Target Dating Thread

Question. Could a GSA from one store (store 0001 for example) date an ETL from a previous store (store 0002) he used to work at?

    Archived Registers Down Today

You still need a supervisor's TM number after you enter the approval code. So yes, if you are a GSA or GSTL, you probably could type in any number. During the crash, my GSA whispered in my ear "Pick a number, any number." and he typed in the number as the approval code. So, I assume you can...

    Archived Registers Down Today

I thought our store was the only one hahaha. Credit and Debit cards began working 5 minutes, yes, 5 minutes before closing time. I had a register crash on me while ringing up a $1300 transaction. And every other register that hadn't crashed was in use by another TM, so I had to take them up to...

    Archived Red Cards

Cashiers at my store are scheduled till 11:00 or 12:00 every night (right at closing time) and we're kept late every single night, at least an hour and 15 minutes after. How is that punishment for you guys? It's mandatory for our cashiers.

Archived credit/debit cards and security codes

It's $200 credit, and we're doing it so nobody can "clone" a card, they insert someone's card data on an old card, so the number wouldn't match the data in the magnetic strip. Only for credit transactions, debit will not prompt for it because of the added PIN security.

I don't think my store ever even did Power Hour... Haha.

Didn't last long here either haha. About two weeks of Be Bold!, then we were getting yelled at for being "too bold"

    Archived Red Cards

We're at a standstill right now, I am the one getting the most with my handful per week, and have the highest cashier speed (between 96 and 99% each week) they complain about my conversion percent the most and that's why I need more. Average between 1500-2100 transactions per week, so my 3 red...
