Coupons do not cause shortage unless they are fake, target gets reimbursed from the manufacture. Had a regional AP visit not to long ago and was told to not really worry about it unless you suspect the coupons are fake.

I think the TPS was being a little girl, when I was TPS I used verbal de escalation plenty of times and even used handcuffs

I am an APL witch is the same position as an APTL but you are the only AP in the building. Your experience will defiantly help but AP is not all about theft and fraud, you will also be dealing with pretty much every process in the store. Good Luck if you have any questions send me a message.

I think the APL/APTL is the hardest TL position in the store due to the fact that you run the department because there is no ETL. We have to run AP and what sucks is there is no ETL-AP to back you up, it gets tricky when you are trying to hold an ETL accountable for their actions. We pretty much...

APL or APTL They do almost the same things as ETL-AP. They get noticed during visits since they lead the AP department, it is a challenge

Stick with AP and wait for a APL or APTL to open. APL or APTL is also a higher pay grade than sales floor team lead

I was a Sr. TPS and got promoted to APL, I would stick with AP.
