Been with Spot 13 yrs... noticed I stopped accruing vacation time .. went and looked back on previous pay checks and it stopped end of January ... found out for a TM with 13 yrs max accrual is 180 hours... once you reach your max and don't use it, you cease to accrue anymore vacation.. bAsically...

Oh and your raise would be .75 cents to get you to be at 11

People got the mandated raise, but when it came to reviews, their raises were very very small. I didn't get the wage increase but I got a bit bigger annual raise... not much, my store seems to be cheap
