First and foremost, don’t be a dick to your evening crew. If you communicate well and give achievable expectations of what want done for the night they will respect you. If you just give the same Target BS and stress them out nothing will get done and no one will work hard for you.

At least your store had somewhat of a flag. Our store still has our Christmas tree up in the break room, with a North Pole light up. Neither of which are plugged in.

Our freezer is filled right to the door. We can’t even get in there to do 141’s. They aren’t done. 5 dairy pallets in the dairy cooler made 141’s hard to do, but we got them done, and got it down to 2 pallets before the next truck day. Not sure where the freezer pallets will be going though...

Why is a wood pallet no good in the cooler? All C&S deliveries are on wood pallets.

Our SD doesn't want anything in the back room and has had TMs put stock just about anywhere to remove it from the stockroom. This of course drives OPU and SHIP crazy trying to find the items. Is this happening anywhere else?

People in the backroom especially in ship and bike assembly don't wear masks in my store. I told HR about it, but no change. I told them I'm just leaving my cardboard if I don't see masks when I am back there.

I plaster my shirt with those “Please Practice Social Distancing” stickers, and if anyone comes too close I hold out my hand and stop them. If they give me attitude I just walk away.

Our store has a few people wiping things down around the floor, but when it comes to the break room, no one comes in to wipe it down and there are no wipes, sprays or paper towels in sight to do it ourselves. This shows how serious they really care about US. Sure you can separate the tables 6...
