Going on my 3rd Inventory for Pfresh, does anyone have solid routines to make this process go faster/more efficiently??

In the middle of transferring, what happens if I need to decline my offer, to transfer somewhere else. This would mean me staying at my current store longer , even though they have begun back filling my position. I am a T.L, my store can't kick me out can they?

I'm at an A volume store average truck 2500 typical auto fill is 8-12 hrs and back stock around 450. 32 hrs scheduled. 5-6 TMs

Is anybody else have flow with music privileges? Nuisance or motivating? I've seen it work for some but majority abuse it.
