yeah mine took about 15 mins. because like you said we have real work to do and being a low volume store I only had 1 tm for GM 2 for style and my closing expert on a busy night. I told my SD that I wasn't about to redo it if he asked me too unless he covers my shift and gives me time to write...

I did not use any metrics. Oops.... I literally wrote down what my goals are for the new year and what I need to work on and improve. nice and straight to the point lol

If I am not mistaken that is just the minimum! I got the closing leader position It shows I am a srtl... I fought for more I knew most of the process with the exception of soft lines and front end but a week into my training and I am comfortable with the position!

I work backroom and there is only 70 hours for backroom alone. There are 4 people to split that with. Which is myself,the closer,the team lead and the other opener. It's kind of ridiculous when even your TL has to pick up other shifts to bring him up to 40. I alone went from 35 hrs. Per week...
