Our DC just switched from dynamic staffing to OM-decided hard staffing. All keys, all departments. We were told this is a pyramid wide change. Anyone else already make the switch? How is it going?

Hearing these rumors also at our rdc. "Big change coming within the next month" we were told. Said some won't like it, some will quit because of it.
