For me it’s a time thing. I get there early so why not grab equipment early. I also clock in 5 minutes early every day and almost never clock out 5 minutes early. That’s just who I am. Every day leaders see me getting equipment early and never say anything. It takes 2 minutes.

At my store we are supposed to call out breaks on walkie. Break is supposed to start as soon as you call it. Peeps at my store go to car, go to break room, purchase snacks etc… then call breaks and take 15-20 minutes after they call it. Sucks for anyone who can’t go on break till that person...

I think all stores are different a fellow team member of mine let someone use her discount and she didn’t get fired. This person is now a team lead.

A simple greeting sometimes happens and I’m ok with that. I was referring to asking about bags, do I need help etc… I also wasn’t just referring to Target I was referring to any store with SCO.

Not at any store I shop at. When I use Sco no one talks to me. I like it that way.

I’m in Louisiana it will be freezing and some parts of the state will get ice. Today the app was saying up to 6 hours to be ready.

My Hr person works part time around 25 hours per week. He works a little more during holiday season.

I prefer to use SCO at any store I shop at. So, I am against closing SCO.
