I personally would never text my ETL at 12:30 a.m. They were probably sleeping and didn’t get text till after your 4 a.m. start time. Talk to your ETL see if they want to fight it for you.

At my store the gratis would sit in the back room until a leader not Beauty would get tired of seeing it. It would then be placed in the break room for anyone that wanted it. This has not been done in a while at my store.
