I have already talked to my leaders. I’ve told everyone who will listen my concerns. My leaders help on drive up a lot so they are quite familiar with the new app and have the same concerns I do.

HR EtL do a lot more than just HR stuff. ETL’s do get shifted around si you could start HR and end up GM, Style or any other department.

Another fyi at my store all fulfillment team members are trained on drive up and sometimes get scheduled for that. Not sure if all stores do that but, I know some do. It is also possible at some point you may get register trained. At my store fulfillment team almost never does checkout.

At my store they would never let you do batches without training first. My store usually has 2 team members come in at 4am and 2 or 3 at 6am. For fulfillment. If your store is the same there should be at least one person to train you. Depending on how long ago you last worked at Target...

I work drive up all the time and I don’t like the new app. Once an order is processed you can no longer look it up. Once bags are transferred to a cart you can longer see where they were located. There is a lot I don’t like about it.

If it lists both cashier and cart attendant it probably means they need someone for both jobs. If they just needed cashier it would say cashier and not cart attendant. You would definitely need to talk to a leader to clarify. I would call the store and ask to speak with someone in HR to get...

If the job description lists both jobs then they probably need someone for both. If you can’t do cart attendant then you probably won’t get the job. I wouldn’t definitely mention in the interview that you can’t do carts. Don’t wait till after your hired to say by the way I can’t do carts.

Don’t knock us older folks. I’m not quite senior citizen but, at 55 I am a much harder worker than most of the young ones at my store. I work drive up 35-40 hours a week in the south in the heat of summer. I almost never complain.

Depends on the position. Self checkout, cash office, HR an older team member might do better. Heck I’m 55 not quite senior but, I’m a harder worker than most of the young ones.
