Choice is kinda there. Some districts will ask a TL their preferred role and put them on the training trajectory for it. Specially if its a high turnover role like GM ETL here 💀 Had a fellow Inbound TL somehow get promoted to Specialty Sales ETL with no prior clothing/electronics experience...

What range of stores can ODTM’s pick up shifts? I know ODTM’s in my district pick up shifts in the neighbor districts with overlaps with us in some cities. Is it a state thing? Region?

No. What I get from MPM and Greenfield doesnt take backstock and other non-push factors into consideration. But corporate shills don’t understand that and will borderline harass teams anyways with push times.

What Im reading in this thread is literally what started happening to my push team at my current location. I took this team over less than a month ago, finally was starting to get good results with push times and unloads. Got three bad ones terminated, several mid ones on CA and other mid ones...

They need to re-evaluate how Style items fall into Fulfillment, its a fucking shitshow. Ive been in four different stores this month and had to do OPU/Ship and it was a struggle. Even in the ones where style was under control. 😭 I feel its somehow worse than back in covid.

Dont leave it, at the least go On-Demand while you try something else if you really want to give something else a shot. Target provides job stability, specially if you’ve been there for so long, regardless of position. Good luck!

It is possible. It all depends on wether your DSD and HRBP are inhuman coorporate drones or note. A lot of the time higher leader likes to screw over their junior leaders because they have to “adhere to muh coorporate rules” bs. Sorry to sound negative, but that’s just been my experience...

I’m not familiar with this vendor. I usually just call up my milk guys and go from there. Always try to be here, or atleast my dairy DBO when they come in and always talk to them to keep a good relationship going. But your F&B Coordinator will be the best answer. Sounds like your trying to do...
