Good advice but, this is from 2024 original poster might not even work for Target anymore.

My advice talk to your leader and explain your struggles. Your can help you and might even talk to the style leads for you. Also talk to other flex people they can give you tips specific to your store. What works for one store may not work for another.

...up and there is no more available. Partner with drive up team when you’re stowing and running short on time. If drive up not busy they can help you stow to make it a little quicker. Don’t be afraid to ask other flex people for tips and advice. It will get easier as you go. Don’t stress too much.

Soo I been a fftl for 2 years at my current store n 2 years at another target before. My team metrics were all green for last year. My sd n elt wants me to change to gmtl and help with the inbound process. I enjoy fulfillment and like what I do. Any advice ? Any gmtl on here?

My advice is to reach out to a leader or Hr leader at store you want to work at. Be honest tell them your situation and get there advice on what to do.

My advice call the store and talk to someone in HR. Does your store have a regular HR team member? Talk to them or the HR ETl. If HR is no help talk with your ETL. Don’t rely on the app for a training schedule.

If sales are down they will cut payroll no matter what their budget is.
