Are you talking about putting in for sick time for the shift you missed? The amount you add is unrelated to your schedule. You could add up to your full balance of sick and/or vacation time on any check, even over 40 hours.

I just hit 20 years last month and got about $300. It's dependent on your pay rate and average hours I think, and it was on a regular check. Also they recently did service awards ($100), and that was on a separate check.
