    Outbound can't systematically close trailers and ship freight to store. Inbound can't receive anything. Team members have been either been asked to go home or are out in the aisles pushing a broom.

    It simplifies it for the new timekeeping system (UKG) that's rolling out......but not for anyone else. It is a company wide rollout and I get it. No industry typically pays a Monday shift differential during the day. That being said this rollout sucks and I hate it.
