Best "I Told You So" Moment

At a store BBQ, a team lead was in charge of grilling the hot dogs. His technique in grilling is they're done when they change color. The problem with this is the hot dogs needed more cooking time. I took one bite of one of the hot dogs and said they're still cold. The team members there said...

What is the difference between AP and TSS?

I thought they were in charge in checking the tills because I saw one TPS/TSS person opening and closing the drawers. He was fired for stealing the money.

So you're telling me my Target didn't get these registers until at least 10 years later?

Target in the 90s? I don't think so.

To be clear: I meant the photos aren't from the 90s because many things shown didn't come in until the 2000s, such as the cash registers that are shown in the photos.

Target in the 90s? I don't think so.

Another giveaway is the pink TV. I don't think Target had those in the 90s but did have them in the 2000s. Also, take a look at the graphics for the newscast. Definitely 21st century.

Target in the 90s? I don't think so.

Crts were sold after the year 2000. Basing on that photo alone I don't think Target enforced that dress code yet. Also the quality of the photo doesn't seem 20th century.

Target in the 90s? I don't think so.

Yeah, I mean the dress code was different. Conveyor belts? That didn't happen until after the year 2000. The pos terminals. The cash registers with color monitors and graphics that debut around 2010. Another dead giveaway is the issue of People magazine. That was published in 2012.

Ever had your store change volume levels during your tenures at Target?

Some of the highest volume stores open at 7 and close at 12.

Ever had your store change volume levels during your tenures at Target?

I'm not sure if it's true anymore but it used to be it would determine how many hours some team members get. It also determins the times the early monrning teams come in. At ;least in pre pandemic times, the opening and closing times of the stores would be affected.

    wages

The thing I can't understand if the minimum wage was fine as the living wage back in the 60s, why can't it be today, besides corporate greed?
