The new hips are the only thing I feel like I have gained. If i am being honest I feel like my development was stunted by Target! Thank you everyone for the well wishes!

I am so happy to be done. I became tired of the drama, the lies, the wasting of my own time. I have never worked for an employer that allowed me to watch my peers sit around and do absolutely nothing while I never sat and barely had a lunch. Adios.

Archived Two Etl's for one job?

great advice and couldn't agree more that there are other jobs out there but ill be really pissed if it gets to that point. I have a ton of experience and could go right out and find another job but I want to respect them for the time off but am receiving no respect in return.

I did forget to mention, and I think this is important, we have another ETL out of college training at our store as well. So right now we have (including STL) 7 ETLs.

...store (C volume, 30 million a year in sales) so that having a sales floor ETL to run front end as well is common. Are they simply sharing this position until one of us *cough* me is coached out or transferred? I've worked several other places in the retail industry and the situation seems odd.

Random question do: do you ha to know how many people your STL allows ur etl to have to push those 2700 piece trucks?

Archived Why do Logistic ETL's ....

As an Etl Log I think it depends on your store and what the STL expects. My workcenters, all of them, were red when I started. We are a 6am store. So I would get there at 5:00am and would not leave until 7-8 for the first 3 months. I was fortunate that it slowed down eventually to a normal work...

To be so bitter. But I understand your perspective as well. Not a competition at all. Character flaw if you view it as so. Just a friendly thread of opinions. I appreciate your feedback.

Very reasonable response and DEAD on. But for 95% of retail, can't you say this is true as well. You are correct in that I was indeed asking your opinion. It is a hole but they are headed in the right direction (curb pickup, wine, groceries to door, investing in tech)....you serve a valid...

Archived Switching companys: is it worth it?

Actually I think I am more than qualified to answer it even with my short term time. Why? Sadly because even though I am young I have more experience than the majority of people (something to be proud of and not so proud of). I am also the rare case again as during training I worked 7 different...
