    Our breakroom is in the back now so most Front End just take it in TSC. The only seem to use the breakroom if they need the microwave.

    IMHO all reviews should be a function of your start date not because they are due by a certain date. A company should also give a partial review six months after you start a NEW position regardless of your hire date.

    My ETL also gave me the paper in the middle of TSC for anyone to hear and knowing that others were unhappy with their raises, I felt so uncomfortable. WTF? Maybe your ETL didn't know that stupid "off-stage" term Target uses. I actually go a review once by a TL that I didn't know was my TL!

    Is the process the same for a TL as a TM? I had two TLs try to do this but couldn't do it in the app. The only thing could I figure out is maybe the shift lengths were different.

    I went to counseling for depression years ago and it helped a lot. To be perfectly honest 8 therapy and 8 coaching appointments isn't very many. However you could maybe use those up and be able to keep the same counselor but just have to pay the rest. Good luck. We can start a conversation...

    Sample size for poll (and the TM one) was low so maybe extend them next year. I didn't get my review until 4/11. I didn't realize a TL raise was prorated. If you have been a TL less than six months is it prorated at all? What is the "Prepare for Next"?

    Our store is known for ignoring maximum hours. I told that TM to change their availability and go from there. I changed my availability years ago because I didn't want a completely different start everyday I work.
