I know ASANTS, but how are your hours for this week? None of us in dry are scheduled more than 4.5hours a shift at a pfresh. I can't get my workload done and I'm supposed to set pasta.
Yeah, I'm aware that different apps use different amounts of battery. I was more wondering if anyone else is experiencing a complete power down after 6 hours of being at work. I'm not constantly using the app and yet my zebra can't handle it. Since I only know of my personal...
Is anyone else having battery drain issues? I can't make it through a shift without my zebra turning off (I use the same one daily and use a fresh battery at the start of my shift). This wasn't an issue with myWork.
All our produce came in frozen. Salads, onions, potatio, mangos... Nothing survived. Potatoes melt black goop when they thaw (we left them in the ambient room to see if they survived). Eggs were nearly frozen. Some juices and yogurts were frozen, too. I guess it is good we got 6+ pallets for a...
I feel like I'm having more ism issues than normal. Did anyone receive a 3' header for the wine promo about a month or 2 ago that says something like "buy 4 or more bottles of wine save 10%"? If so, could I have the number for it? If not, what sizes did you get?
I have the headers and flip numbers. I need the new sale signs (with bullseye logo) and whatever replaced ”craves and saves." We were in the pilot for the sidecaps so I have had the hardware for a long time...the ism changed with the other endcap ism when the fixture room reset happened a month...
Kind of in a pickle here, but maybe my fellow market peeps can help me out. *Crosses fingers*
I had posted on the signing thread about my store not getting any of the ism for the black metal sidecaps (both 18" and 24") or the cooler endcaps when we did the fixture room update. No one has...
The fixture room refresh went ok for us, but grocery team didn't get any new ism for all the black metal sidecaps throughout grocery. We have both 18" and 24" sidecaps. Does anyone have the part numbers for these signs (both the sale ones and the white ones)? We ALSO, didn't get any signs that...
I don't know how we can get 1:1, sales planners, revisions, zone, cleaning routines, price change, backups, carry outs, RDC, FDC, and fefo done on the daily. Oh, and pushing mini seasonal...that, too. Market lead really is where careers go to die.
I get pogs for the meat bunker and we don't have one. I just tie whatever it is to the aisle meat is in and zero capacities. Not sure what else to do.
Let's talk shippers: We also get tons of shippers that are supposed to set, but we fake tie those since we were given the direction to not set...
How is mini seasonal pushed and maintained in your store? Consumables owns the area (since Halloween) and is responsible for pulling the 1 for 1's and pushing freight in this area.
I thought the term ETL had been phased out. Aren't they the Leaders and the next level down is a Lead..? Or are we back to having ETLs and Leaders (not leads).
I'm scheduled 4 days a week with a shift label and one shift as TL (I'm part of the modernization pilot) in grocery. I don't feel like I am leading. I feel like I am scrambling to get everything done as a TM as well as all the TL stuff I need to do.
Pushers are the worst in market. They make FIFO super annoying and all the shelf heights are all wrong for pogs. Counts are off and product gets damaged. We have pushers in the spice section. The spice section. My knuckles are permanently bruised from pushing boxes into them and smashing my...
STL told us that the expected speed for stocking freight in grocery is 1 box/minute with FIFO (or FEFO technically) with pushers everywhere. I know that is the standard for hardlines freight, but grocery? What's the expectation where you guys are?
Many of us have seen this having been on pog team before modernization. The difference now is that the workload is done by a single person but isn't assigned specifically to pog hours or scheduled that way. Revisions are done along with autos, freight, FDC and whatever else is happening that...
