    merit folks

Technically, yes 6 months. But as with everything else it just depends on what they want or need to do, it's all subject to the "needs of the business".

    Merit positions

Yeah, that's how it works and it's also how it should work. Many people would take the role on keys they didn't want just to be in position to get onto the key they do want. The only annoying part is that I always thought seniority to transfer key should have been based on time in position...

    ICQA role

excel is very straight forward and simple after a little bit of exposure to it.

    Transition Merit to ETL?

...metric(s). The difficult part is actually making the painful changes to hit the metrics by actually changing TM behaviors, it's much easier *typically* to manipulate the system for short term gain which is what most choose. But, I've also see Om's leave for better pay and/or better...

    Merit Bonus

Typically, it has to be a large enough raise to place merit roles behind warehouse workers. Since you get yearly raises as a merit TM you typically stay ahead of WH workers, it's just when you have odd years like last year where my DC saw to larger floor raises that things can get a bit tilted.

    Lvl 2 Pay

What they want and what they get are rarely the same thing.

    Lvl 2 Pay

Unless I have misunderstood what they were referring to. But, let me be more specific in what I was saying. I was about a year into my time with target as a Warehouse worker, so a progression team member. At the time of my offer to go into ICQA I had 2 pay raises on the progression path. When...

    Lvl 2 Pay

Not sure this is always the case. I was only about a year into target when I got my ICQA role. I went to straight max pay plus about .20.

was the person the "hid" the cart the same person that canceled the labels?

    Incorrect DCPI, Labels

I'm not trying to come off as rude, but how could you not see this as a problem?

    Mezzanine, Sorter

There is no actual cost to reinstate. What they are referring to is a labor cost for preforming an action that should be unnecessary. It's a defect that shouldn't have occurred.

    Training Packers

Your OM is likely already aware they aren't trying, they probably have already had a one on one with them about their performance and were given the excuse, "I wasn't trained well" or "I don't know how to hit prod". So having you retrain them is far more of a CYA for the OM, that they preformed...

    New $2/hr pay bonus?

The email specifically stated that merit tm's are included.

    Avoiding overtime scheduling

I've never been one to do this so I could be wrong but for b1 I believe it's work a early half shift Friday or a late half shift Tuesday, or taking either full day off. Again I haven't worked an ops position in several years so I could be wrong or it could be old info.

    OM Starting Pay

...once they are in those roles/functions unless they decide to put in for a merit level position/lead/om, than that's really as far as they can go *career wise* with target. Neither path should be looked down at, if someone is fine with being a maxed out WW then great, that's their decision...

    OM Starting Pay

It's going to vary based on the DC, but generally. OM Starting Pay

...your department/AOR. Also most TM are content with their current role whereas most OM's are trying to obtain more responsibilities/non OPS roles *PC, TOM, ICQAL, CI, ect...* as for most DC's I've heard of you won't be direct hired into these roles without first being a successful OPS OM...

    Outbound Rant/Help

You do build up endurance and learn how to manage your lane sets better. When I first started I didn't see how in the world people found the time to stand around and talk at all. I would be running myself ragged and only being around 70%. I didn't know how I'd ever run 100% but I'm a stubborn...
