This is my exact situation I've already trained several team members and was just asked if I wanted a trainer name tag without any discussion about it really.

I work in hardlines and a few days ago our HR TM came up to me and asked if I would like a trainer badge. No one has said anything to me about being a "team trainer". How does one become a team trainer?? Should I expect a pay raise (doubt it lol)?? What does this all mean exactly??

The same thing used to happen to me. I had to change my password at the store and then use the new password to login at home again and it finally worked!

Well I def don't think its cosmetics brand tm because they had a position for that months ago and I was told by my tl that they were looking at me for the position but I never heard anything else about it and I believe they ended up giving the spot to another tm. Hope its not Baby360.
