Man that's rough. I'm training for ETL-HR and feeling like it is a lot of work. Good luck. Have they given you your daily/weekly/monthly roles?

What ETL position are you training to be?

I really hope I get HR. My academic background is closer to that position and it's something I genuinely want to do as a career. Any advice on making myself look as if that position was destined for me?
