Archived Minimum wage and pay grade
My state recently raised the minimum wage. I am a pay grade N07. Since a pay grade is a certain amount over base, if base goes up, shouldn't my pay go up? Sorry my first contribution to the site is a question, but I am hesitant to ask my HR. Also I saw a similar question in another thread...
