Those are the old carts that were replaced with the plastic ones, now we are getting "newer" carts that are literally just the old carts but with anti rust coating metal. If you have the special needs shopping cart then it's that same grey metal that will be on all the carts.

So Target's plastic carts idea lasted a grand total of 3 years before they are going back to the old metal carts, this time with softer plastic and anti rust coated metal. The plastic was supposed to save them money but probably cost them more in the long run with all these repairs.

When I worked in Pfresh we used to give people empty banana boxes but that was pretty rare.

There should be a main office at a store that they sometimes actually work at when they aren't going on their constant road trips around the area.

Technically a $1 minimum wage increase cancels out whatever their yearly pocket change raise was going to be. That doesn't make it right though, especially when the raise happens before the minimum increase so it doesn't stack. :rolleyes:

It gets better when the ETL that hates the certain workers in a department says they are so happy with them on twitter when there's a new change like those pfresh boxes. Then you go down the rabbit hole looking at the district and regional leader's twitters and look at all the stepford...

We had an ETLGE get terminated for requisitioning too much stuff too many times, he seemed like a nice guy too! We don't have a problem with hitting the limit anymore now with us never hitting redcard goals after 2 cashiers got fired for redcard fraud, yay! My store's ETLs do that all the time.

The minium wage bump always happens after the yearly review so Target can cancel out your raise instead of adding onto it. If you want to get an actual nice payraise when the minimum wage increases....be a higher paygrade than minimum wage.

You aren't supposed to hang out with your direct TL, in reality most people don't care and hang out anyways. Especially if the person was friends with other TMs in the department they are now the TL of. ETLs on the other hand, completely 100% not allowed. Still sometimes happens anyways.

Target Express stores are the future, some of the stores in my district are getting remodeled next year, but most of the stores being built in my region are all expresses.

2 months and we are already started to have connectivity issues with our zebras. $1500 a pop well spent.
