    To be fair, unless you're in a ULV store then chances are that the TL/ETL or whoever you are reporting to is in charge of a lot of people, so I understand how some of this stuff kinda gets lost in the wind. I'm just glad that most leaders at my store are good about these things.

    Same with my store. We have 24 registers, and about 8 of them are offline for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately most if them are front lanes as well. Nobody in our store knows when they'll be fixed.

    I got the "OK" from our STL yesterday to start turning them away even if we only have a vague suspicion that the person is a coupon scammer. She's pretty much given free license to all Service Desk TM's and any GSA/GSTL to turn them down. Not even ten minutes after she had given me the go-ahead...

    We just got our Self Checkouts installed a couple of days ago, but they aren't open yet. My GSTL is telling me that it'll be the GSA/GSTL on duty's job to monitor the self checkout, but I can't imagine that we'll be able to juggle it as well as our other duties, especially if the self checkout...

    As as Service Desk TM, I'm super upset with the changes to card reading. Not being able to slide the guest's card myself complicates and slows things down. Using the chip for returns is also very bothersome just because it takes up to 10 seconds sometimes for the card reader to accept the chip...
