Our store got rid of outsourced tech. The new Op-Model calls electronics team members > Tech Consultants and they take care of mobile phone activations (well the 2 that were trained)

Anyone else in a new Operational Model pilot? There is no "signing team member" so who does all your big signing. I'm just asking because I want to tell them to shove it soon. Everyone keeps asking me for signing stuff even when I'm scheduled other things now.

I haven't been given signing hours for the last few weeks really. Signing workload is reduced significantly. You basically organize the pallet and leave it for the team to pick through. Presentation is basically reduced to revisions here and there. Lately I've been doing Flexible Fufilment.

If this Stores Operational Pilot goes through sign ing as you know it is over.

Is anyone else completely missing headers for the "gift card mall" pog? And WTH is going on in B/C/D with Housewares, Kitches, Domestics, and Home Improvement Utility? Backerpaper being replaced at random, not on pog white headers both large and small.
