Frankly our alarms go off 2-3 times every morning for literally no reason so hopefully they are going off at night too to keep the robbers away.

Sure do like how it only fails when my stl walks by or a guest needs help so I have that awkward moment of standing and waiting when the entire rest of the day I'm hauling ass when nobody is around >:|

I was pushing pulls today and they were really light (literally why) so the nice backroom tm showed me how to backstock and pull single items with the mydevice so I could help guests without having to beg for a backroom tm to come help.
I'm a team with anyone who is willing to teach me PROPERLY how to help. Nothing makes me more irritated than a half baked explanation and then walking off into the ether without a walkie and then coming back upset that I've either been slow or made mistakes despite repeated attempts to get help...
Ours apparently got fired 3 weeks before I transferred in since everyone started to work worse due to bottom of the barrel morale and supermassive turnover.

Ours made a TM change. Our leader doesn't like non-conforming outfits. Hated Jeans day and whatnot so whenever the event ends we have to go back to normal.
Waving people in public ahead of me (through a door or down an aisle or whatever) instead of just ramming my way through. Waiting for the guest got too ingrained.
At my previous store my fellow team members would jam Styrofoam they didn't want to take care of behind the rail. Also because they cant read numbers everything was pushed wrong. And laid down flat.
I like them when they work which is about a third of the time.
I'd like it to flag cartwheel items honestly so I can find cheap things to buy so I can tell the guest about the offer and help them download a helpful app
