I really don't think that the corporate headquarters did a very good job rolling this position out, People are still wondering what the fuck it is I do at my store, also the STL's need to do a better job explaining the vml position to all team members so that they know what's up and how they are...

Yeah, I've already realized that I have no team whatsoever. Its a lonely position. I feel isolated from the other teams and nobody is really sure what the hell I do all day. It's upsetting to me, plus there really isn't any daily/weekly guidance from the etls as to what they expect me to work...

Well, I'm getting tons of hostility from other team members, since there is no real "Team" for me to lead, I'm sectioned off alone from all the other teams and am excluded from conversations etc. It feels like nobody really takes me seriously, its not a good feeling.
