I found this on the floor the other day 🤯

I don't know if this relates to your situation but sometimes if the product has location in 2 different depts and your only under 1, it will not ask you to pull the items until your under both depts.

    Revisions

This will tick me off if someone did that. Your schematic will be screwed up, unnecessary pulls will be made with no proper labels on the floor to stock them. It will be a mess if no one goes back and fix it. I would tell that TL not to tie anything without making sure it's set to plano.

I'm assuming your team lead made sure nothing changed or made the changes it called for before tying? 70% of our revisions do have some label changes with pegs and such.

ASANT We have 21 revisions for babies, I'll estimate it's about 10-12 hours for an average setter to finish these 21 revisions. The biggest change for us is in toiletries, that would take about 1-1.5 hours. The rest seems fairly easy from 1 minutes to about 30 minutes. There's a few you can...

Lawsuit against Target over warranties and "protection plans"

Target protection plan is a bit tricky. To understand the lawsuit you need to understand how the protection plan works. Let's say a guest buys a 2 year protection plan. You expect 2 years of coverage with Target right? Well sort of... Assume you buy a laptop with a standard one year...

I enjoy it but it definitely can get boring after 5 hours. Also interesting to see how these shippers improved in the last 15 years. This year they removed the plastic ISM holder and instead you just drop it from the slot on top. I think the best part is they finally strapped those dang dividers.

So if you look at the ISM, there should be 6 holes now. Just need long canoe or viking clips.

    Cosmetics reset

I make it a habit to order cosmetics fixtures right after the transition because you know what parts your short of. It may take 3-6 months to get here, then another 6+ months storing it in the fixture room, but at least I know I'm more prepared for next cosmetics reset.

Use the holes provided with the mount to screw them down. I wouldn't worry about making too many holes since it's usually covered.

I still do the rear and mini overheads because I'm very particular that our sets get overheads done right. Everything else I leave for VM. And as much as I hate breaking down signing pallets, I prefer to do them as well because it helps to know what we're getting for future sets and I can easily...

There was a lot of errors with how they showed the brackets on the instructions. Slots were not displayed correctly and the lip was facing outwards even though if you flip the whole signing the other side, it's still facing outwards. It should all be the same since the part list shows 6 quantity...

Thank you! Means a lot coming from another great signing/presentation TM =) @Alexbegt Forgot to mention regarding your backer paper issue, but they do have a specific right and left side. Could be why your having issue with hole lining up?

I do want to note this part that wasn't in the instructions. I had to fix this part where the thick card board area shown with arrow should be over the top of the gondola trim, not against it as this will cause the top to lean more forward and bracket won't be flushed against the peg board.

Were you missing 2 metal brackets and both center support as well? I manage to build without those and used overhead wires to stop it from leaning forward. I can show you pics if it helps

That's true. But still I would never do that for a transition.
