Leadership always asks if the new pull times are better for the store. The answer is yes for everyone that is not backroom lol, due to scheduling and the fact that no one can support backroom if they wanted too ex. lack of training, desire, and ridonculous amount of call outs.

Not the worst PC I have ever had to pull but tonight comes into the top 5. Someone thinks they are smart having a solo mid to close backroom TM whilst adding 2 times the amount of work, but I guess that is why I close almost every night now.

The newer TMs at my store ask me what the M button does I tell them the exact same words my trainer told me "don't touch that you'll ruin the backroom". Which doesn't apply to new TM transfers who will just m delete cause its faster right?
