I worked at Target for 4 years. The hours kept getting lower every year I worked there. It’s not a blip, it’s a trend. They’re going to keep getting lower until it effects profits.

Sorry to hear about your situation. The last ETL I worked for was like this too. He would do group texts off the clock, yell at you when you didn’t know how to perform a task you were never trained on, gossip about you to other TMs, etc. There are really only 4 options: 1. Quit 2. Transfer...

Bingo. Target doesn’t value your experience whatsoever. Their attitude is simply, anyone can push/zone.
