It's an outside company that manages the survey, so HQ wouldn't have the raw data. That outside vendor creates the reports that your STL/HR folks can pull from an online system.

I emailed to ask a question and the BestTeam.survey inbox indicated that this has changed this year...once you reach 90% it doesn't report participation any higher. THe goal is not 100%...the goal for participation has always been 80%.

You should be able to take it while on the clock. Your ETL HR should arrange for you to be able to do that if you want to take it!

A lot of that information is only reported for a total store and not broken out. They don't make a report for any gruop that doesn't have at least four responses.

They shoudl NOT ask you if you took it...they should only use their list to make sure everyone has been invited to participate.

Except those specifics don't get reported at an individual level. The store only gets a total executive or total hourly report. They have a vendor that runs the survey process who maintains the confidentiality.

If they told you that, they lied to you. I emailed with the survey team at HQ and they confirmed that it's completely optional.

The survey is NOT mandatory for anyone. It's an optional survey and you shouldn't be made to feel like you have to take it. The identification information is optional, but even if you fill it out, it isn't reported at an individiual level, it's just reported at higher levels all grouped...

Yeah - that's not OK. No one should be doing that to you prior to taking the survey. You can put whatever you want on the survey and it's confidential. They have a company that creates the survey and holds the data at the individual level.
