Archived The best and biggest laugh of the year....

It's an outside company that manages the survey, so HQ wouldn't have the raw data. That outside vendor creates the reports that your STL/HR folks can pull from an online system.

Those questions are optional and not reported in a store report so your leaders wouldn't know what you said.

It's supposed to be the people you work with on a daily basis, so whatever that means to you.

If you leave a qusetion blank, it doesn't count as anything. You didn't answer it!

Actually - it's never been called the Great Team Survey - Best Team Survey!

    Archived Best Team Survey

I emailed to ask a question and the BestTeam.survey inbox indicated that this has changed this year...once you reach 90% it doesn't report participation any higher. THe goal is not 100%...the goal for participation has always been 80%.

You should be able to take it while on the clock. Your ETL HR should arrange for you to be able to do that if you want to take it!

A lot of that information is only reported for a total store and not broken out. They don't make a report for any gruop that doesn't have at least four responses.

They shoudl NOT ask you if you took it...they should only use their list to make sure everyone has been invited to participate.

    Archived Best Team Survey

They're supposed to just track who has been invited to take it. It's an optional survey - no one should be forced to take it.

    Archived Best Team Survey

They have an outside company the manages the survey - so no one at Target can see individual responses, and that company would never share that information. It's all listed in the confidentiality statement at the start of the survey. No one should be watching you take the survey, it's supposed...

Except those specifics don't get reported at an individual level. The store only gets a total executive or total hourly report. They have a vendor that runs the survey process who maintains the confidentiality.

If they told you that, they lied to you. I emailed with the survey team at HQ and they confirmed that it's completely optional.

    Archived Best Team Survey

The survey is NOT mandatory for anyone. It's an optional survey and you shouldn't be made to feel like you have to take it. The identification information is optional, but even if you fill it out, it isn't reported at an individiual level, it's just reported at higher levels all grouped...

    Archived Best Team Survey

The survey is optional for everyone, whether they're at HQ, DCs or Stores. Everyone should be invited to participate, but no one has to take the survey nor should they be pressured to take it. You can either contact the hotline, or email the survey team at BestTeam.Survey@target.com. They'll...

    Archived Best Team Survey

Yeah - that's not OK. No one should be doing that to you prior to taking the survey. You can put whatever you want on the survey and it's confidential. They have a company that creates the survey and holds the data at the individual level.
