Truck sort? At our store the Inbound team does the truck sort. Isn't that what is supposed to happen or is this a case of ASANTS....which I thought was the point of modernization, to have all stores the same?

I bet you had more than 2 team members scheduled longer than 4 hours each. Plus with all the details they have to complete now to make it easy for the A&A team to complete the push (which they never do) and the fact that the repacks from the DC are not sorted properly it is no wonder they can't...

Try 32 hours per truck. 1 thrower, 2 on the front of the line (with 1 being the TL), 2 on the back of the line and 2 for A&A unpack. All scheduled 4 hours except the TL gets 8. I would love 50 hours per truck.

Has anyone else noticed the backroom audit on the Zebra devices? Are we supposed to just do that one or do we still have to complete the one on the PDA as well? As usual we have had no communication about this.

Our flow team only has 8 people scheduled per truck and that includes the TL. They are scheduled for 4 hours and the TL gets 8. After pushing leftover freight they unload and then maybe push for a bit before leaving. Needless to say our trucks do not get done.

Ours comes at 6am and we have them go to the opposite bay door we normally use for receiving so we don't have to break the line for them. In any case I thought I read that if vendors or other deliveries show up during the unload then we are to stop the unload and receive them?

How many call outs do you have? Our trucks average 1800-2200 and I am lucky if I have 10 people scheduled for 5 hour shifts each.
