Did everyone receive a “newsletter” in the mail at their home address outlining all of the great things their store did? Not comfortable with the first and only “newsletter” I’ve received being a request to take a survey with 2 pages of documentation to back it up.... ETA : this newsletter...

This kind of thing actually does happen frequently in retail, including at my store (though not quite for 10 minutes, but I assume most negative comments exaggerate).

I used to work my ass off, go above and beyond, run literally every direction to find the item a guest needed, come in every shift when I was scheduled and stay late, come in for every shift I was called in to cover for and stay late, pick up extra shifts, run myself ragged, learn new areas...

There is some issue with using gift cards with cartwheel and TM discount. Not sure what it is, but 3 times in a row I’ve gotten a brand new “error, cannot accept wallet” message when I try to check out with cartwheel scanned (to get my TM discounts and apply my gift cards saved, no red card)...

LOVE Superstore! Nobody in my life knows I work at target so it’s extra fun to watch and see their reactions....

So take a pic of the ETL blatantly breaking rules and take a pic of them on the clock (or with badges on) drinking... do what you need to do then.

I have 4 favorite guests. I’m so bad with names and faces that it’s weird to me that I remember these people. I don’t actually know all their names, but when I see any of these 4 walk (or roll) in the door, it makes my day and I try to time my break so I can talk to them!

OP, I think it might be a good idea for you to discuss some of your concerns with the appropriate people. Option A: Do this by expressing your concern that you noticed some specific metrics had dropped and that you’d like to work on fixing those by doing X. You’re not calling out anyone or...

I agree with this and feel super uncomfortable when any salesperson approaches me in a store (which is why I mostly only do online). However, I do think there are ways to successfully pull off the sales floor helpfulness without being sketchy. Such as: - subtle approach to a new mom in the baby...

Oh and about the bags...really?!?!? If your issue is about a cashier not remembering to give you a 5c discount; then again, you have bigger issues. If you really think that’s a serious problem, then bring it up to your supervisor. Best of luck... Or just park further away and pick up change in...
