    Does anyone know how Target handles jury duty with team members?

    Archived Operator and bad phone equipment

    So I rarely have to act as "Operator" but when I do, our bad phone equipment makes it hard to hear guests. It's embarrassing to have to ask them to repeat what they've said, or even ask them to spell something because the connection is poor. Anyone else's store have phone issues?

    Archived Hours cut - less tm's to handle work load

    I'm at what is considered to be a pretty busy Target store, yet the powers-that-be have cut hours, resulting in less team members on the floor that can reasonably handle the amount of work that is expected to get done by one human being. That stress is affecting morale. How are things at your store?
