Hey, curious how it may be handled elsewhere. How does the schedule get written around the DBO setting their own transitions and doing it early as it rolls off truck? Does SD write the whole thing or TL sit in on that?

Well at my store between the large sets the transition experts are usually given hours to do revisions or salesplanners or push an area that week that needs help, may not be a 40 hour week but it's hours.

Heard this week from my SD and District director that we are to get rid of transition experts and have them own an area. Dbo should set most of it earlier than the set date or as it flows in. Anybody else get that info? Not a fan of doing it like this, no easy way to plan that.

Anybody's vm actually doing the non-pog signing? Overheads or CSEs. I had my signing/entertainment guy do it.
