Does anyone have or know where to find a yearly workload document? I've seen them the last couple years. They have a breakdown of hours for sets for each area.

Hey, curious how it may be handled elsewhere. How does the schedule get written around the DBO setting their own transitions and doing it early as it rolls off truck? Does SD write the whole thing or TL sit in on that?

Heard this week from my SD and District director that we are to get rid of transition experts and have them own an area. Dbo should set most of it earlier than the set date or as it flows in. Anybody else get that info? Not a fan of doing it like this, no easy way to plan that.
