I think its funny that they had all the TMs do the survey but yet we don't have access to it to see who wants certain hours.

If your store has any cooling rags held at the service desk those are super helpful especially during unload. I have to order those constantly because we have a lot of TM using them.

on go cart they have these cooling vests... there mad expensive but does anyone have these and are they worth it?

so my store is expected to get a "traditional remodel" at the beginning of January 2022, I'm excited cause we haven't been touched since 2007.... but whats a traditional remodel????

Because fufillment is still really "new" at some stores there really hasn't been set locations for OPU. at my store we have 4 locations. two over by Starbucks, one a guest service, and the other one at style. hopefully they will combine everything in one space but who know when that will happen.

Our store allows our Tms to wear shorts when doing drive-ups, as long they look like khaki, our DM doesn't want denim shorts. i work at a target store down in FL and the one id wish we have was a canopy to have shade when doing drive ups

Hey guys! So I’m in charge of guest service and trying to prepare for Q4, I’m trying to search a good way to help my team with drive up and OPU orders. If you could toss up some ideas of how you process and pull orders that be amazing! I’m literally running out of ideas!!!

Also there isn’t anymore gstl function so literally some can change anything on the transaction and it will not alert TL any drastic changes.

All registers at my store have the New POS system. So far it hasn’t crashed or gave us any errors. The only thing I dislike about it is adding money and closing the register, it shouldn’t take longer than it needs to be. I’d feel like it would perform way better with the newer hardware target...

Does anyone know what states this works in?! I used to work in New York and they had that but I’m moving to flordia and not sure if they have that.

So on minors every time on the grid it shows “Minor waiver” next to their name, does anyone know what that mean?!? Does it let minors work past 9:30? I’m confused
