So, I know corrective action lasts for a year from the date it was put into the computer. If you are placed on corrective action, does that mean you cannot be promoted until after that year is up? We were all very confused when discussing it today.

once a week?! my store is a small format as well, but we have the sweep team member do one every night/every other night depending on freight.

does anyone know if there is a difference between a general merchandise expert and a normal team member? is it more pay and/or more of a higher leadership role? bc my store has a posting for a gm expert as well as a just team members, and i don’t understand what the difference is.
