yeah, it's been happening more often now. All the new hires want to impress their team leads and end up making loose as shit bales. Our receiver still asks us to double stack them,no idea why tbh but he's been with target for 20+ years so who am I to question him.
Not sure if you're addressing me, but in my store we press 9 since 0 got discontinued. If a tl doesn't pick up it directs us to leave a message and we can call out that way.
Are " floor bales" really rare? Me and my Inbound tl were talking about them, and we thought they must occur often with how unstable some double stacked bales are.
Paper dbo here, our sd told us that we're going to a ladder less backroom in the next couple months. For the stores that already have it, how do you guys deal with paper pallets?
my new etl gives everyone bullshit about going faster, she even complains about our truck times even though our dtl says we're the fastest team in the district
Had a guest that was quite upset that she had a sticker on some AirPods she ordered online, said they probably meant they were defective. Me being a paper dbo, I had no clue what she was talking about lol.
I love working paper, easy pulls and doesn't look like a war zone when you clock in the next day. Baby is a nightmare at my store, the diapers and baby food sell out so fast even though we get 6 flats+repacks everyday.
