    We're now responsible for entering and adjusting DPM hours, staffing moves, more conversations with TMs, etc. For example, OMs can now enter workday notes based off our conversations with a TM whereas in the past they would have to go have their own follow up conversation before they could enter...

    Business performance is the main factor but beyond that the % is definitely scalable based on personal performance. At least at my DC it is.

    It's supposed to cap out higher than merit 2. We got $1-$2 raises when they moved us into it.

    They won't be merit but they will make a little more money than regular TMs. It's a higher progression scale similar to what team leads were up until this new thing kicks in.

    No hiring September thru December??? Weird. We've been hiring mostly nonstop. We had a new hire in our department just this past weekend. I would actually expect the opposite... that come January/February we'll stop hiring for a while.

    Yeah we've never had to deal with that thankfully. We've actually been on voluntary flex up in for the last few weeks. And we're hiring a whole bunch more.
