    Anyone else still having issues with e hr not communicating with max and having to use paper missed punch forms. Ours has been down for weeks, seems like it shouldn't be such a lengthy fix. I know there was a message board about it, but weeks to fix?

    Demotion to team member in my building would mean a former 40 hour person would be getting 10 hours a week. Team leaders get the hours and I don't see how anyone could pay their bills after demotion

    It doesn't matter the reason, and you don't have to give one. If you call in, it's an absence. Why makes no difference. And I live where there is always snow in the winter including power outages. We've always been open. Always.

    To that one team member; Must be nice that you are an executive and don't even work a 40 week. I have 7 hour days, and you come in after me, and leave before me most of the time. But since the store team leader does the same thing, guess it's just fine. I don't see how they can coach anyone...
