Finally, passed my 90 days on Monday and so now I can use my accrued time 🤗 In my state, we accrue 40 hours of sick time and then acourse vacation time. We have no PTO I guess? So is vacation time available to be used like PTO? For example, one day at time? Leave shift early and etc?

So a co-worker of mine is promoting to Warehouse Worker from Warehouse Associate (MBP) but he didn't know what he would be doing in his new role. What does a Warehouse Worker do? I thought it was inbound & outbound.

Got ya! So not necessarily mandatory OT? But there should be opportunities for voluntary? I am just use to mandatory during peak when I was at Amazon.

Is overtime a for sure thing during peak? Do you think there will be a peak season because of the "supply" shortage? I love my fat weekly checks with OT!

I wished I would have done warehouse work sooner! I lost 30-40 pounds at Amazon and was still losing some before I quit after six months to work at Target DC for more money acourse and a better schedule. Drink lots and lots of water!

As a new employee for a DC and for the purposes of Target pay and benefits are DC's considered supply chain? Also, does .054 weekly accrual sound about right for vacation time? There is so much information to read through and it's confusing. It also appears that folks that work 12 hour shifts...

Yeah my trainer said that you can put in for voluntary OT anytime and if it's available it's yours! Acourse, I have to wait "90 Days" but HR during orientation said that my manager can over ride that if I show that I am proficient 🤷‍♂️
