    Thank's for the support! I actually do feel a lot better about being in SL now.. :) Yeah the management experience will look very nice on my resume. But I think I'm still going to stick it out for a while to try and make ETL.. and YES having this experience is going to make me a lot different...

    Yes I have been told about the 18 month rotations.. However I feel it doesn't make much sense. My Store's ETL - Hardlines took a social work job for 6 months right out of school before applying for ETL.. and got it! However I have to work for a year and half getting actual Target experience...
