You could always use 2ft shelves and just stick them together. if you have label strips it's not very noticeable when clothing is on them. you can also ask someone to order them on TIPP but it takes quite a long time to receive them.

It's called the Count Update Report. It's high dollar merchandise that has been adjusted in research. It's just like the Drastic Count Change Report, except it's less about the eaches and more about theft trends and dollar amounts. The AP team should be working it, but it's not "sensitive"...

It's not your place to deny someone's card because you think it's fake. If you have strong reservations about a transaction, ask someone else to finish it and tell AP.

You can be termed for pretty much anything before the 90 days. I would say that two call outs in a month would be worthy of termination. However, things do happen and I think one time could just be bad timing.

I like roles where you really see the impact on the store. I loved instocks for that reason, and my favorite part of being of a softlines team leader is setting adjacencies and merchandising. Knowing that what I do may make people want to buy something is pretty cool.

it's actually "missed salvage". A lot of the time it means the item went 30/50/70 percent off and didn't sell (or price change missed it somehow) so it went to "salvage", or the item was returned after the store salvaged it.
