When you go and ask them for the voluntary termination form, will they ask why you're quitting? Archived Target cliques who don't do their job well enough
This is more of a rant than anything but do hard workers ever get noticed or is it usually the ones who are super clique-y and kiss up to the TLs and ETLs? I feel like I work my butt off every night I'm closing, even cutting my 15 short so I can get back to work since there are so many go-backs... -
