    Experience pay is usually only available for TLs and higher. TM experience pay is very rare. I have been in HR for 3 years and have never had experience pay for a team member approved other than an HR TM for a store that had 3 others turn down the position based on pay.

To me it's like watching the front lanes and having 5 cashiers standing around while we are drowning in re-shop and then the SF team leaving late...

    There is no official policy. That would be against the law. Just like paidtosmile said it's a courtesy thing.

    Yeah you should go to your HR and request the upgrade in pay grade. This happened to me when I worked electronics and they gave me the raise when I asked why I had not received the bump in pay.

    There are no specific dates. It's just a matter of getting a date scheduled with the DTL. Don't let them forget about you though.

    New to the forum. Couple things that I know for sure are that they are making a ETL-HR/AP position at some ORG 1 stores. Also the number of ORG charts is going down to 7. So most stores are going to be the same. I'm also hearing that there will be even less HRTLs around.
