Sounds like this might be happening... I have four focals between Toys and Sporting goods (E7 "girls," E17 "boys," E21 "bulk/seasonal," and E27? "fitbit/fitness") and just set all four within the last 9 days... I am not seeing anything coming up for my store, with bulk being Barbie right now and...

My store has anywhere between 1 and 4 terminations... per week. Worst I've seen is 5 in a day (hooray for job abandonment...).

For reference, I oversee electronics, entertainment, luggage/travel, automotive, sporting goods, toys, store equipment and devices, and our HL Team Trainers. Right now, my departments have all SPLs set two weeks early, full endcaps and sidecaps, early-set seasonal toys, and no discontinued...

If you're talking about shirts and mugs separately, they should not be sent back (even though the PDA will prompt to send them back)! If you are talking about them bundled together, than I'd say you should be able to simply add them to the carton as you would any movie with an accessory...

TLs in my area of CA, now that PG11 has been eliminated, start at around 15. That could mean you'd be bumped to 15, but not past that... which would not be such a great upgrade for you. Of course I cannot speak for certainty there!

I've seen a few stores with them in entertainment but also felt they looked odd there, not really fitting with the feel of the store otherwise. My store may have one by the fitting room, I'm not even sure, but definitely nowhere else.

Note that these are not necessarily the grades for all stores; i.e., my store has Electronics as PG 07 along with Instocks as PG 07 as well... and SF are PG03 along with cashiers. Furthermore, I'm not entirely certain our PAs are PG09... They may just be PG07! Are there specific positions for...

So quick question--is there a functional difference (e.g., job description, duties, implied reason behind paygrades) between a Team Leader with PG 11 as compared to PG 13? I was just recently moved to 13 because of "streamlining," or so I am told. But I haven't seen or heard anything about this...
