I worked at Target for 4 years. The hours kept getting lower every year I worked there. It’s not a blip, it’s a trend. They’re going to keep getting lower until it effects profits.

Bingo. Target doesn’t value your experience whatsoever. Their attitude is simply, anyone can push/zone.

I once worked for a SrTL and a fellow PA who worked off the clock for an hour straight pushing milk and produce. The ETL knew about it and didn’t even write them up. Meanwhile, this same ETL wrote someone up on the team for not pushing enough frozen during his shift. Bottom line, if Target wants...

Same situation as mine. Pics, ideas for encaps, notifications on upcoming visits etc. we even had a TL respond back, “can I go to sleep now” lol. He was furious about it and last I heard before I quit they were trying to get rid of them.

I feel your pain. I had an ETL that would constantly do group texts off the clock. When he was closing he’d text us at like 10-11pm
