    Yeah, it’s bad. They are bringing in bags and bags of clothes. The receipts are on their phones. It takes forever because nothing has tags. God I hate it so much!

    Thank you. I guess cynical, but what’s stopping Karen from coming in and buying clothes for her newborn and then exchanging them for a new wardrobe every time the kid grows. Am I crazy? They will only pay for clothes once until their kids are adults.

    We just got the new registers and the very next day after we got some of them (they replaced them over several nights) they were already doing some of the same things the old registers did. They randomly won’t print receipts or they freeze or turn themselves off.

    What’s up with returning Consumer Cellular phones? Even when the phone is purchased at our store and the guest has the receipt we get an error msg. It says that the phone can only be returned by tech. Of course we aren’t a store that still has tech.
