any GSA/GSTLs here that are struggling to get the team to get redcards? I didn't get promoted from GSA to GSTL because if I'm ever scheduled GSTL they don't get redcards on my shift(which is think is total bullshit since i ultimately have no control for the people who just continue to struggle...

how much is needed? maybe you can cash out sick or vacation hours...might be the better choice if possible

depends on the bearing. My ETLAP has one with ball bearings and its loud. i bought one when i bought my sister one and it uses an ebec 5 bearing and it's relatively quiet.

there is like 3 girls that i find cute, wouldn't say it's a crush. One might be though, cause when i talk to her and look into here eyes too long i start randomly smiling and loose my train of thought. lol.

I'd also recommend being global or just overall showing that you are willing to learn more and more. I started in oct 2015 and am placed on the bench for TL with people who have been here for 6 years trying to move up. global + available = moving up.
