    Not sure if partial unemployment is in every state, its definitely in the majority of states. It doesn't matter if target gets mad, its a program in place for you to use if you qualify.

    Call outs and flex. Back in the day of 7000+ hours a schedule we used to bank a small amount for training and if we didn’t use it we would load up the last week. In extreme circumstances your DTL can approve extra hours but normally you’d have to pay those back and under post the next schedule.

    Yup, this is exactly what’s going to happen and it accomplishes nothing. The trucks aren’t disappearing, they’ll just get moved and then it’ll be a mess in another week. Teams are just forced to hide freight in the 3rd or 4th trailer or outside.

    Targets general policy with social media is to ignore it unless you’re wearing red and khaki with a name badge. Years ago there was an incident where a tm was disciplined for something on their social media profile. It got a lot of backlash against it and target changed the policy afterwards.
